Led’s Tattoo is one of the most renowned and prestigious tattoo studios in Brazil, known for its craftsmanship and passion for body art.
To capture the essence of this artistry, we created a series of 30 handcrafted posters, each designed by using an actual needle to craft the illustrations directly onto the posters.
This unique approach mimicked the process of tattooing on skin, with the needle puncturing the blank poster to create intricate designs, just like a real tattoo.
Each design took up to six hours to complete, with thousands of needle perforations forming the artwork. The result was an authentic and tactile representation of the tattooing process, brought to life on paper.
The series was celebrated globally, winning a Bronze Lion at Cannes and receiving accolades at One Show and the Art Directors Club, showcasing the deep connection between tattoo artistry and traditional craftsmanship.
